Clean Rooms

Description: A clean room is controlled by a DPC100 controller providing constant volume into the room via a CMR air valve. A P-Sensor monitors the HEPA filter. A DPC100 controller measures the room pressure and adjusts the CMR air valve until the setpoint of i.e. 15 Pa is achieved. The APM100 monitors the pressure against an adjacent room and provides alarm facilities both locally and remotely. A CMR humidity sensor monitors the temperature and humidity.
